Seth Ward III has been an attorney at the Health Law Firm since 2001. His particular areas of interest include contract litigation, health planning issues, and fraud and abuse/compliance issues.

Mr. Ward represents numerous healthcare clients, from individual physicians, to nursing homes, to critical access hospitals to hospital systems. Mr. Ward appears before various state and federal courts and administrative agencies, and lectures on healthcare legal topics at both the local and national level.  Most recently, Mr. Ward served as an adjunct faculty member at Webster University, where he taught a course on the law of healthcare administration.

Mr. Ward is a member of the Pulaski County, Arkansas, and American Bar Associations as well as the American Health Lawyers Association. Mr. Ward has been named as a Mid-South Super Lawyers “Rising Star” since 2008.

Mr. Ward graduated in 2001 from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville School of Law, where he served as president of the Student Bar Association and was the recipient of the University’s Leadership Excellence Award.

Mr. Ward’s personal interests include snow skiing, baking, and technology.
